Suburbia

This project is inspired by a suburbia scene in 'Edward's Scissorhand'. In the film, this scene reflect on sameness and conformity. Where everyone use the same appliances and wore the same style of clothes. This project illustrates how Edward introduces differences to suburbia. By comparing the suburbia, before and after Edward came. Inspired by the culture of 50s in America, where women identities as housewife, people influenced by TV. On the other side, it shows a sexual revolution, gender roles and races and how nonconformity changed the suburbia.
